SMS Responser is exactly such a tool to do the thing. SMS Responser is software running on your phone. When you run the software, it monitors every incoming message and reply automatically with a response message. You can modify the content of response message as you desire.

When you open SMS Responser, main console of the software will show up. With the console you can
- Start/Stop auto response service.
SMS Responser starts to work when you set its status to "ON". If you want to stop the service then set status to "OFF".
- Set response text.
You can set the content of the response message.
